5. HOW DO I BOOK A SESSION AND WHAT CAN I EXPECT FOLLOWING?
Booking is easy! First, complete a virtual consultation with us. Then, choose a time through our online system for virtual private, corporate, or special group events. This helps us tailor the session to your goals. Virtual classes are conducted on Zoom, while in-person events can be held at your preferred location.
6. HOW CAN I PREPARE FOR A SESSION?
Ensure you have a quiet space, a yoga mat, and any props you might need (like blocks, blankets, pillows or straps). Wear comfortable clothing and set up your device for virtual classes so the instructor can see you clearly. We will also send an email with these details 24 hours in advance!
7. ARE THE CLASSES SUITABLE FOR ALL LEVELS?
Yes, our classes are designed for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our instructors will customize the session to match your experience and fitness level.
8. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Life happens, and we understand that plans can change. You can reschedule your session up to 1 week before your appointment time. All product and service sales are final.
