About The Founder

My name is Sandy Tut

I’ve been there in every stress scenario....  I truly understand the struggle, and I want to be the bridge to a solution that so many of us face! Not a day goes by that I don’t hear someone express their stress. Coming up on 13 years of climbing the pharmaceutical corporate ladder, I understand better the wellness and healthcare gaps that often mean people are left hanging due to lack of time and funding constraints. That’s why I founded Sacred Air—to create a nurturing space where individuals can connect deeply with themselves and discover the transformative power of yoga. My mission is to eliminate stress and teach you how to optimize it, turning it into a tool for growth rather than a burden. The impacts of stress can be life-altering, affecting not just our mental health but our physical well-being and who we are or become. Growing up in Calgary, my intuition guided my return to this community and make my start here. Yoga has profoundly impacted my life, helping me find balance, resilience, and inner peace during challenging times. This practice has not only enhanced my physical well-being but has also equipped me with invaluable tools for mental clarity and emotional strength. With over 15 years of yoga experience, I hold a 500-hour RYT certification, along with specializations in pranayama and prenatal yoga. My goal is to share these insights and practices with others, guiding you on your journey toward wellness and self-discovery. Together, we can create a vibrant community that embraces growth, healing, and joy.
